Overview
Stainless steel microporous filter (also known as sanitary grade filter) consists of a folded microporous membrane filter element and a stainless steel outer cylinder, with single or multiple filter elements installed inside. The filter cylinder is connected by quick release clamps or quick open bolts, making it very convenient to install, remove, and clean the filter element. The inner surface of the filter is mirror polished , without any hygiene blind spots.
Performance Characteristics
1. Small size, light weight, easy to use, large filtration area, low blockage rate, fast filtration speed, no pollution, good thermal and chemical stability;
2. It can filter out the vast majority of particles, so it is widely used in precision filtration and sterilization processes;
3. Internal and external hygiene grade mirror polishing, in compliance with hygiene standards;
4. The filter socket adopts precision boring processing, and the installation of the filter element is precise and fast;
5. Widely used in pre-treatment and terminal precision sterilization filtration in industries such as food, beverage, medicine, biology, microelectronics, cosmetics, water treatment, brewing, electronics, and chemical engineering.
