Overview
Precision filters, also known as security filters. Internally, PP melt blown, wound, folded, microporous membrane, activated carbon filter and other tubular filter elements are used as filter elements to adapt to different process requirements.
Precision filters have many characteristics such as high pollution resistance, strong corrosion resistance, good temperature resistance, high flux, easy operation, long service life, and no fiber shedding. It can remove harmful substances such as microorganisms, suspended solids, collagen, algae, bacteria, and various impurities from water.
Precision filters can be divided into three types based on the installation form of the top cover: clamp type, flange type, and hanging ear bolt type.
Application field
Precision filters are widely used in municipal engineering, drinking water, industrial wastewater, petrochemicals, smelting production, glass manufacturing, food (alcohol, beverages), power electronics industry, medical (pharmaceutical) chemical pure (ultra pure) water systems for circulating water and deep pre-treatment of wastewater, clarification, filtration, concentration and purification of bottled water production lines, as well as air and waste purification in various economic fields.
